Hour two kicks off with Aaron Jubar of the US Fish and Wildlife Service (fws.gov). Aaron says they’ve made great strides in controlling the number of sea lampreys in the Great Lakes, but it’s an ongoing battle.
Next, Amy Trotter from mucc joins me. Amy describes a recent legislative fishing trip on Lake Michigan where she caught a master angler lake trout.
Jeff Poet of Jays Sporting Goods wraps up the hour. Jeff talks about the Michigan Wildlife Council (HereforMiOutdoors.org) and their “Here for Generations” campaign to promote hunting and fishing.
